We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur - we’ll always work with you to resolve them fairly. Product availability may vary, especially for handmade or limited-edition items.

All content on this site - including product designs, images, captions and branding - is owned by The Custom Corner. You may not reproduce, adapt or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Sharing our products or posts on social media is welcome (and appreciated!) just tag us when you do 💛

1. Terms of Return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
2. Reasons for Return
We accept returns for the following reasons:
• Incorrect item received
• Item arrived damaged
• Faulty product
PLEASE NOTE: due to the custom nature of many of our products, we do not offer returns for change of mind.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at sales@thecustomcorner.store with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable). We’ll respond within 2 business days with next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider first.
